厚板加热炉温度均匀性的探讨

摘    要:针对全侧部加热方式的厚板加热炉的温度均匀性很难实现的问题,通过俄罗斯某工程的实践,较好地解决了该问题,避免了板坯中间温度高,两端温度低的现象,满足了轧机对温差的要求,同时实现了低NOx排放。获得了客户的好评。

Abstract:The slab reheating furnace for plate mill which heats the slab totally with side burners has problem that the temperature difference along the length of slab is big. But during the practice in a project of the reheating furnace of plate mill in Russia, this problem has be solved better than before. The phenomenon that the temperature in middle of slab is higher than one in both ends of slab has been avoided, and the temperature difference of slab meet the requirements of mill. In the meantime the NOx emissions of reheating furnace is low . This performance of the furnace has got good comments from the customers.
