企业危机管理能力评价研究

分析了企业危机管理能力的影响因素，建立企业危机管理能力的评价指标体系，使得企业能够通过评价其自身的危机管理能力，有效地提升其危机管理能力，为企业生存发展提供有益的帮助，并运用模糊综合评价法对某公司进行了实证分析，验证了评价模型的可靠性与科学性，并针对公司存在的问题，提出了建设性的意见。

Evaluation Research on Enterprise Crisis Management Ability

The influencing factors on corporation crisis management capabilities were analyzed. Hereby, the enterprise crisis management ability evaluation index system was established. Thus enterprises, can assess their own crisis management capacity to improve their risk management capabilities so that enterprise survive effectively and provide themselves with development and help. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used onto an empirical analysis of a company. Validation of reliability and scientific nature of the evaluation model were done. According to the existing problems of that company, some constructive suggestions were proposed.
