基于MCU&LabVIEW的电流互感器在线校验系统设计

摘    要:本文提出了一种基于MCU&LabVIEW的电流互感器在线校验的方法。该方法通过在线同步测量输电线上的电流(一次侧电流)和被检验互感器的输出电流(二次侧电流),并将一次侧电流和二次侧电流的测量结果(包括比差,角差)进行比对完成对电流互感器的在线监测,从而在不断闸的情况下实现了高精度的电流互感器的校验,保证了电能计量的准确性和公正性,维护了发电、输电以及用户的利益。实验结果表明,在一次测电流为200~720A、600—1500A时,该校验系统的精度达到0.1级。

Abstract:This paper proposes a method to calibrate the current transformer based on MCU & LabVIEW online.The method synchronized measure the current of transmission line(primary side current)and the output current of examined transformer online(secondary side current),by comparing the value of the current(include linearity error,phase error)to realize the current transformer's online monitor,which realizes the high-precision calibration for current transformer in the case of not-stop gateway,guarantee the accuracy and impartiality for the measurement of energy and protect the benefits of the energy generate company,transmission company and customers.The experiment indicated that under 200~720A、600~1500A current range,the precision of the online calibrate system achieves level 0.1.
