摘    要:在中低温、低压条件下,采用对模制造车用树脂基复合材料大型结构件是未来发展趋势。反应性的热固性液态树脂在较低压力下注入含有干纤维预成型体的模腔中,树脂将模腔中的空气排出,同时浸润纤维。模腔充满后,注射过程结束,树脂开始固化,树脂固化达到一定强度后开模,取出制品。工艺类型和设备变化灵活,可设计性强,具有良好表面质量、高尺寸精度。成型过程苯乙烯排放量小,有利于环保。应用目标是开发重型卡车、电动汽车、高速列车、轿车用树脂基复合材料结构构件领域并实现产业化。

Abstract:Under the conditions of mid-low temperature and low pressure, it is a development trend in the future to manufacture the rosin matrix composite material structural component for vehicle by modeling. The reactive thermosetting liquid resin is poured into dry fiber proformation body's cavity under the low pressure, and the resin will discharge air in the body's cavity and infiltrate the fiber. After filling the cavity, the injection is finished. And then, the resin will begin to cure. After the resin cure process achieves certain strength, the cavity will be opened and the product will be taken out. The process type and equipment are flexible, and it is designable. It has the good surface quality and the high size precision, and formation process releases small amount of styrene, which will be beneficial to environmental protection. The application aim is developing resin matrix composite material structural component for heavy-duty truck, electric automobile, high-speed train and car and achieving the industrialization.
