水库大坝监测资料整编分析系统的研究与开发

针对水库大坝的监测资料整编与分析需求，研发出一套水库大坝监测资料整编分析系统。系统首先建立了通用的监测资料整编模板和数学分析模型，并借助现代信息技术实现了资料整编与分析的自动化。该系统可自动进行粗差剔除、特征值统计、各类时间和空间分布图形的绘制、定量分析等工作，生成相应的年、季、月等资料整编报告，并可将报告输出为Word格式文档，大大降低水库管理人员的工作量，提高监测资料整编的质量和规范化。

Research and development of processing and analysis system of dam monitoring data

A processing and analysis system of dam monitoring data is developed according to the requirement of current reservoirs and dams safety monitoring. The universal mathematical analytical model and processing template of the monitoring data are established. Through modern information technology, the automatic processing and analysis of the new system is realized, such as automatic rejection of gross error, statistical analysis of characteristic value, drawing of various spatial and temporal distribution graphs, quantitative analysis. The system could generate the corresponding yearly, seasonal and monthly processing reports and output the reports in Word form, which reduced the workload of reservoir management staff and improved quality and normalization level of monitoring data processing.
