端部加厚油管分段成形新工艺研究

摘    要:管端加厚是提高油管接头强度的有效途径,滚压螺纹有利于缓解应力疲劳。大变形量的管材镦粗容易产生内凹、折叠等缺陷,针对这一问题,经过整体工艺性能分析,提出了一种分段式模锻成形新工艺:将油管的镦粗加厚部分按照适当比例分为两段,分别单独锻造成形,然后经摩擦焊接实现加厚段的连接,并根据成形工艺设计了相应的模具,通过有限元数值模拟,进一步验证了新工艺的可行性和模具设计的合理性。
