| 摘 要： | 针对目前关键链技术应用的局限性和传统的“三色”缓冲管理机制不够完善等问题，进行了基于关键链的项目进度与成本缓冲集成研究，指出项目进度与成本缓冲管理机制和缓冲集成走势图是非常方便有效的项目管理工具。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems of the limitation of current critical chain technology application and the traditional "three colors" buffer man-agernent mechanism is not perfect, it gets project progress based on critical chain and cost buffer integration research, points out that the pro-ject progress, cost buffer management mechanism and bufer integration trend drawing is convenient and effective project management method. |
