摘    要:采用15%盐酸酒精侵蚀显示低含碳量或晶粒不均匀的奥氏体晶粒,往往不能获得良好的效果,直接影响晶粒度的准确评定.尝试采用1%的氯化高铁盐酸溶液来浸蚀显示奥氏体晶粒,取得了令人满意的效果.

Abstract:It is usually difficult to obtain a good result in showing the low-carbon-or size-uneven austenite grains when a 15% hydrochloric-alcohol solution is used as the etchant,which inevitably affects the grain size measurement of austenite.A new etching reagent composed of hydrochloric acid solution containing 1% FeCl3 was therefore employed to etch the austenite grains,and a satisfactory result obtained.
