一种新的远场激光脉冲波形自动测量方法

对高能脉冲激光远场光束性能作出评价时,需要同时测量远场激光能量、脉冲波形、光束质量和波阵面等参数。基于这种需要,本文提出一种基于以太网口实现计算机对数字存储示波器（DSO）进行远程控制和波形数据采集的远场激光脉冲波形自动测量的方法。该方法已成功应用于远场光束性能评价的实验装置中。

New method of automatic measuring far-field laser pulse waveform

In order to evaluate the quality of high-energy pulse farfiled laser beam,several far-field laser beam parameters,such as energy,quality,impulse waveform and wavefront etc,should be measured at the same time.Consequently,this paper put forward a method of measuring the laser pulse waveform.The method uses the computer to realize long-distance control of the digital storage oscilloscope(DSO) and automatic collection of the waveform information in DSO through the Ethernet port.This method has been successfully used in the far-field beam performance evaluation device.
