聚酰亚胺薄膜的纵向拉伸装置

摘    要:双向拉伸薄膜在进行纵向拉伸时会发生缩幅现象。这不仅给拉伸膜片带来折皱弊病、造成物性不均。而且,给横向拉伸带来困难。如,幅方向机械特性不均及横拉伸时破膜现象多发等。对此,聚酰亚胺薄膜尤甚。所以,纵向拉伸装置的改进至今都是国际上的重要研究课题。本文介绍其中的一些专利技术信息。

Abstract:The neck-in phenomenon might happen in the longitudinal tensile in the process of two-way film stretch.It not only brings to disadvantages of membrane wrinkle,leading to physical inequality,but also might brings to the transverse stretch problem,which might leading to uneven distribution of mechanical properties and even to film spitting in transverse stretch,especially in making polyimide film.Therefore,the longitudinal stretch device improvement so far are the important research topic.Some of patented technology in this respect was described.
