摘    要:等离子显示器(PDP)障壁制作是显示器制作的关键环节,障壁不仅起到分隔放电单元的作用,而且可以防止相邻放电单元之间的光串扰和电串扰。感光浆料法是目前较为理想的一种障壁制作方法,通过一次涂布,干燥,曝光,显影,烧结,即可得到高精度的障壁图案。本文根据感光浆料的应用要求,选择多种可用于制备PDP障壁结构的活性单体,通过傅立叶实时红外光谱比较了单体的双键转化率,利用体积收缩的正交试验方法,确定了单体组分的最优比例。

Abstract:Barrier ribs of plasma display panels(PDPs),formed in strip and matrix arrangement,function to maintain the discharge space between the two glass plates to prevent electrical and optical cross-talking between adjacent cells.The photolithographic process is a pretty good forming route currently for barrier ribs.In the process,through UV exposure and development,the barrier rib pattern is obtained.Double-bond conversion,curing speed,content,volume shrinkage,and the best mixed proportion of monomers were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,orthogonal test.Finally,the optimized monomers were used to prepare PDP barrier ribs by photolithography.
