| 摘 要： | 在介绍我国监理企业的发展历程和发展现状的基础上，从品牌，规模，制度，技术创新能力及人才资源几个方面对中国监理企业的国际竞争力进行了分析，我国监理业起步较迟，技术及管理水平较低，面对加入WTO的国际竞争，监理企业的唯一出路是尽快加强自身的竞争力，在更为激烈的市场竞争中发展壮大，并且提出了与国际接轨的对策，如加强法制观念，统一国内市场，加快企业体制改革，熟悉FIDIC，按国际惯例办事，拓宽监理业务范围以及建立高素质的，稳定的监理队伍。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the history and present situations of engineering superintendence development in China, and analyzes the international competition abilities of Chinese superintendence enterprises from the aspects of prestige, size, regulations, innovation ability and man force. In order to survive in the intense international competition after the entrance into WTO, the superintendence enterprises should with no delay increase their competition abilities, Measures to be taken on this are briefly expounded at the end of the paper. |
