摘    要:采用半仿生法提取虎杖并优选了其提取条件。以提取时溶剂pH值以及总提取时间为考察因素,使用4因素3水平的正交试验,加热回流提取虎杖,以白藜芦醇苷、大黄素含量为考察指标选择最优条件。实验结果显示,当第一煎pH2.2、第二煎pH6.0、第三煎pH9.0、总提取时间4 h时,药液中白藜芦醇苷的含量最大;当第一煎pH 1.8、第二煎pH 7.0、第三煎pH 8.0、总提取时间4 h时,药液中大黄素的含量最大。该实验得到的最佳半仿生提取条件稳定性好,简便易行。

Abstract:Semi-bionic extraction was used to extract Polygonurn cuspidatum and the extraction conditions were optimized. Orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimum extraction conditions. Polygonum cuspidatum was extracted by heated circumfluence and the content of polydatin and emodin was investigated as the marker. The results showed that the content of polydatin was the highest when the extraction pH was 2.2, 6.0, 9.0 respectively and total time of extraction was 4 h, and that the content of emodin was the highest when the extraction pH was 1.8, 7.0, 8.0 respectively and the total time of extraction was 4 h. The optimum extraction conditions is stable and easy to perform.
