| 摘 要： | 本文通过对谷歌(Google)、国家科技图书文献中心(NSTL)等国内外数字图书馆建设中遭遇的版权问题和解决方案的调研分析,提出在科技文献和标准文献资源数字化与服务中所共同遭遇的版权问题,以及值得探讨和借鉴的经验和做法。
