| 摘 要： | 目前我国的企业能效对标工作缺少标准支撑,导致其工作内容、对标流程、对标管理不规范,影响到企业能效对标工作的成效。本文从标准化的角度对企业能效对标管理标准化进行研究,分析了现有能效标准化的基础,探讨了能效对标的工作内容、实施步骤、技术要求、人员及管理等能效对标标准化的内容,并提出了企业在开展能效对标工作时需要注意的关键问题。 |

| Abstract: | The lack of standard’s support to energy efficiency benchmarking leads to non-standard content,procedure and management of energy efficiency benchmarking,which affects the benchmarking performance of the enterprise.This paper explores standardization on enterprise energy efficiency management,analyzes the existing foundation of energy efficient from the perspective of standardization,as well as discusses work contents,implementation procedures,technological requirements,personnel and management,etc.of energy efficiency benchmarking.Besides,the remarkable key issues are presented during the implementation of energy efficiency benchmarking. |
