摘    要:变电站电气主接线可靠性对电力系统有着重要的影响,而在传统的电力系统可靠性分析中,一般将输电网和变电站电气主接线分开进行分析,为了便于在输电网供电可靠性分析计算中计及变电站电气主接线的影响,提出了基于解析法与Monte Carlo模拟法相结合的输电网可靠性计算方法。首先采用解析法对变电站电气主接线进行可靠性分析,然后采用Monte Carlo模拟法对整个输电网进行故障采样模拟,最后得到整个输电网的可靠性指标。为了验证所提算法的有效性,以IEEE-RTS79系统为例进行分析计算,结果表明,提出的算法可以有效地将变电站主接线和输电网作为一个整体进行可靠性分析,并且可以定量地分析变电站主接线对输电网可靠性的影响。

Abstract:In order to take the impact of bus arrangement into consideration when evaluating the reliability of transmission network,a novel method is developed which combined with the traditional analytical method and Monte-Carlo simulation method.First,this paper uses the analytical method to analyze the reliability of substation bus arrangement then simulates the unit fault in the whole transmission network by Monte-Carlo Simulation method,and at last obtains the reliability index.The reliability of IEEE-RTS79 system is evaluated and analyzed to prove the validity and efficiency of the proposed method.
