火电机组经济负荷分配中环境税的影响

环境税作为火力发电厂成本的重要部分,越来越受到关注。为了了解经济负荷分配中环境税对火电机组负荷分配的影响,建立了考虑环境税的火电机组经济负荷分配问题的数学模型,根据环境税按污染物排放量多少的征收方式提出了一个假设,即假设在机组运行时排放量与成本成二次函数关系和在机组启停机过程时排放量和成本成指数关系,并基于这个假设对新模型进行简化处理。使用lingo软件,通过简单的仿真计算,得出了环境税在火电机组优化调度中对效率低、污染严重和效率高、污染小的两类机组影响较小;反之,对其他类型机组影响较大。

Effect of environmental taxation in units economic load dispatch

As an important part of cost in power plants,environmental taxation attracts much more attention.To solve economic load dispatch with environmental taxation,a new model is given and simplified under a precision improved in this paper based on the charging system of the discharge of air pollution,the precision is that there is a secondary functional relationship between the discharge and the cost when the unit is in stable operation and an exponential functional relationship in start-up and shutdown.Through simulation analysis using the tool of LINGO,it concludes that environmental taxation has a little effect on two types of the units which is the lower efficiency and severe pollution units and the high efficiency and light pollution units in units economic load dispatch.On the contrary,there is a great effect on the other types of the units.
