华东电网电钟时间偏差分析

摘    要:随着电力市场的推进,对电能质量有了新的要求。电钟时间是电能质量的标志之一,与电网的频率密切相关,会从频率的波动中引入偏差。准确的电钟时间能提供一个公平、合理的基准点,使各电力公司之间的电量交易以及无意电量的偿还,不会由于周波累计值的不同而产生利益不均的矛盾。通常电网的频率在50 Hz上下波动,介绍了国内外电网中常用的电钟时间偏差调节手段和标准,并在华东电网频率的基础上,对电钟时间偏差进行分析计算,结果显示:华东电网频率普遍偏高,电钟时间偏差较大,有必要采取一定的调整电钟时间偏差的措施,并对此提出了一些建议。

Abstract:The deregulation of power industry led to some new features of power quality.Power grid time is one of the symbols of power quality.Power grid frequency is normally scheduled at 50.00 Hz and controlled to that value.The automatic generation control is imperfect and over time,the average frequency will be slightly above or below 50.00Hz resulting in mechanical electric clocks developing an error compared with true time.This paper specifies the procedure to be used for reducing the power grid time error to within acceptable limits of true time.The purpose of this correction is to ensure that time error corrections are conducted in a manner that does not adversely affect the reliability of the interconnection.By means of the analysis of the frequency of East China Grid,the results indicate that is necessary to draw a standard of time error corrections in East China Grid in the future.Finally,some suggestions are put forward.
