摘 要: | 由于不确定产品的冷端补偿效果,选择、使用热电偶作探测器的PID温控器时,应针对具体应用条件考察其示值数据的可靠性。如果要控制的目标温度不允许超调,除了需要关注其PID运行方式外,还应该对自整定方式加以考虑。

Abstract: | When doing model selection and application, the reliability of the temperature given by the controller should be calibrated according to the applied ambient temperature, because of the uncertified cold-junction tracking. Attention should be paid to PID running model and autotune model if the controlled temperature is prohibited to be over limit. |
