Dealing with Cold-junction Tracking and Over Limit Problems in Selecting and Applying PID Temperature Controller

When doing model selection and application, the reliability of the temperature given by the controller should be calibrated according to the applied ambient temperature, because of the uncertified cold-junction tracking.
