在线分析仪系统通常用来测量分析化工厂中工艺流体的组分、含量或物性参数。介绍分析仪表的选型,需要考虑流体的组分、含量及对被测组分有影响的组分、压力、温度及是否含有颗粒。工程师需要考虑上述因素,且选择合适的分析仪来分析被测对象,并在此基础上执行工程设计工作,进行施工、试车及开车。

Summary of On-line Analyzer System Selection （I）

On-line analyzer system is usually used to measure component, concentration or physical property value of fluid in chemical factory. The selection of analyzer type shall consider measured fluid component, concentration, influenced component, pressure, temperature and inside particle. Engineer need to consider above factor and select proper analyzer then do engineering design work and construction, commissioning and start-up.
