| 摘 要： | 住宅建筑作为城市中最大量的、最基本的组成元素, 不仅关系着一个城市基本风貌问题, 而且更关系到普通大众的生活环境质量问题。本文通过回顾福州 1949年以来的住宅建设情况, 针对当前福州住宅设计与建设存在的问题与特点, 提出看法与对策, 以期对福州未来的住宅设计与建设能提供有益的帮助。

| Abstract: | Being the most magnanimous and most fundamental element in a city, house construction affects not only the basic views of a city, but the quality of most people's living and environment. By reviewing the development of house const ruction in Fuzhou since 1949,the article is bringing forward some opinions and measures aiming at the problems and characteristics occurred in current house designing and construction in order to be helpful to the house designing and constr uction of Fuzhou in the future. |
