毛细管气相色谱法测定苹果中三氯杀螨醇的残留量的研究

用毛细管气相色谱法 ,在 1 90°C柱温下 ,用 ECD检测器对苹果中三氯杀螨醇的残留量进行定量分析。该法线性范围为 0 .0 5～ 1 0 μg/m L标准曲线的相关系数 0 .9993,检出限为 0 .0 2 μg/m L,测定的平均回收率为 85 .3%～ 98.9% ,相对标准偏差 <5 %。所建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏度高 ,并具有较高的精密度与准确度。

Study on Method of Determination of Tetradiphon''''s Remain in Apples by Gas Chromatography with Capillary Column

Tetradiphon's remain in apples was determined by gas chromatography with capillary column at 190 °C and ECD detector. The linear limits was 0.05 ～ 10.0 μg/mL, correlation coeficient was 0.9993 , detection limits was 0.02 μg/mL. The result showed that determined average recovery rate was 85.3% ～ 98.9% , relatice standard deviation <5%. The method is simple, fast and highly snsitive. It has better accuracy and precision.
