摘    要:通过在普通平面磨床上采用刚玉砂轮对 6 5Mn钢进行磨削硬化试验 ,研究了冷却条件对其硬化层组织与性能的影响。结果表明 ,在不同冷却条件下 ,硬化层的马氏体组织形貌及显微硬度无明显变化 ,完全硬化区显微硬度均在 810~ 870HV之间 ;干磨时 ,马氏体和碳化物含量减少 ,残余奥氏体含量增多 ,其完全硬化区深度高达1 7mm ,而湿磨时仅为 0 6mm。

Abstract:Through the experiments in which the grind-hardening of 65Mn steel has been carried out on a conventional surface grinder with alumina grinding wheel, the effect of the cooling conditions on the microstructures and properties in grind-hardened layer were investigated. The results show that significant changes of the configuration of the martensites and micro-hardness were not observed in different cooling conditions evaluated. The micro-hardness of the completely hardened zone is 810~870HV. The content of the martensites and carbides increases, the content of the residual austensites reduces, and the depth of completely hardened region is up to 1.7mm under dry-grinding operation, however, that is only 0.6mm under wet-grinding operation.
