| 摘 要： | 随着商业经营模式的发展，商业空间越来越需要整个城市的配套服务。然而，地处历史街区的商业街虽然具有地理文化优势，却缺乏与城市的有机交融，城市交通等问题日益严重。该文以天津滨江道商业步行街为例，分析其优劣，探讨旧城区商业空间与城市协调发展的方向。

| Abstract: | With the development of business mode, a commercial space needsthe service of all public facillly in the city. The historical block has the advantage of location and culture, but it is also lack of organic blend with the city. Problems such as traffic are more and more serious. Here we take Bingjiang pedestrian street of Tianjin for Instance to discuss the harmonious development between commercial space in historical block and the city. |
