摘    要:地面标记系统是管道内检测的重要组成部分,可以显著减小内检测器在石油管道缺陷检测中产生的里程误差,提高对管道缺陷的定位精度。传统地面标记系统采用串口通信方式进行时间同步及数据传输,操作繁琐,工作量大。因此,提出了一种基于GPS、USB和无线通信技术的设计方案,通过改进其时间同步和数据传输方式,进而显著提高整个系统的工作效率。

Abstract:The above ground marker(AGM) system is an important part of pipeline internal inspection instrument, which can reduce the mileage errors and improve the positioning precision. Because of adopting serial communication to synchronize time and transfer data, the old AGM system is perplexing and ineffective. This paper proposes a new design scheme based on GPS, USB and wireless communication, which can improve the working efficiency of the system by ameliorating the methods of time synchronization and data transmission.
