高校重点实验室大型仪器设备使用管理浅析

随着教育经费的持续投入，高等院校纷纷引进大型精密仪器设备。根据北京市供热、供燃气、通风及空调工程重点实验室近几年的建设经验，本文探讨了高校实验室大型仪器设备的使用管理现状及所面临的问题。并针对使用率较低、管理缺失的现状，考虑应如何采取加大开放力度、加强管理、提高管理水平等措施，积极提高使用率，提高其综合利用效益。让大型仪器设备真正落户高校、服务高校，并依托高校服务社会，实现其最大的价值。

Brief Discussion on Management of Valuable Instruments and Apparatuses in Beijing Municipal Key Laboratory

Along with the growing investment in higher education and establishment of key laboratories, a great amount of valuables instruments and apparatuses has been introduced into some universities. Based on our working practice in a Beijing municipal key laboratory （Lab of Heating, Gas Supply, Ventilation and Air Conditioning） during recent years, the present situation of utilization and management of valuable instruments and apparatuses and some common problems that we encountered were reviewed and discussed in this paper. According to the present situation of low rate of utilization and incompleteness of management, we will adopt some measures such as strengthening regular management, raising the level of management and forcing the opening degree, for improving the utilization situation and comprehensive social efficiency. Let these valuable instruments and apparatuses serve the higher education truly and realize their maximal benefit to the society.
