氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定罐头食品中的锡

摘    要:针对人体内微量元素锡含量对人体健康的影响,研究了氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定罐头食品中的锡样品前处理方法选择,最佳检测条件、KBH4浓度对锡检测结果的影响,并对测定锡时共存离子的干扰和消除进行了探讨,建立了硝酸作为介质的测量方法。本方法的线性范围为0~200μg/L,在0~160μg,/L范围内,相关系数r=0.9995,检出限为0.10μg/L,样品的加标回收率为85.6%~110.4%。

Abstract:The method for determination of tin in tin - canned foods by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry was reported. The Pre - treatment methods and instrument parameters were optimized . The effect of potassium borohydride concentration on the determination result was studied . The interference of coexis- tence ions and its removing were studied. The determination method, which used nitric acid as the acid medium, was established. In the linear conditions, the linear range of determination is 0 -200μg/L, within the range of 0 160μg/L, the related coefficient is 0. 9995 . The limit of detection was 0.10μg/L, the spiked recovery was in 85.6% to 110.4%.
