摘    要:目的:对分光光度法测定乙二醇过程中产生的不确定度进行分析评估。方法:运用测量不确定度评价理论,分析该方法测定中不确定因素。结果:由标准曲线制作、重复性及采样过程引起的不确定度在合成不确定度中所占比重较大。乙二醇标准引起的不确定度较低,使用普通含量为99%的商业化学品不会产生大的误差,可以满足分析要求。结论:控制分析中的实验条件提高实验分析的稳定性是分光光度法分析水中乙二醇的关键。

Abstract:Objective: The uncertainty generated in the course of the spectrophotometric determination of ethylene glycol is analyzed and evaluated. Methods: Using the measurement theory for the evaluation of uncertainty, the measurement uncertainty was analyzed.Results: The facture of the standard curve, repeatability, and sampling led up to the larger proportion of uncertainty in the synthesis process. The uncertainty caused by glycol standard is low. It will not produce large errors and can meet the analysis requirements to use commercal chemicals of which general content is 99%. Conclusion:It is the key factor of spectrophotometric analysis for the water glycol to controll experimental conditions and to enhance the stability of the experimental analysis.
