| 摘 要： | 利用直觉模糊集,采用专家打分对评估指标进行了描述.同时针对反舰导弹作战过程的动态特征,建立一种基于动态直觉模糊有序加权平均算子（DIFOWA算子）的效能评估方法,将指标属性权重、次序权重与过程阶段权重相融合,计算得到了该武器系统作战效能的评估值.应用算例验证了引入直觉模糊集和DIFOWA算子的合理性.
