基于DIFOWA算子的反舰导弹武器系统作战效能评估

摘    要:利用直觉模糊集,采用专家打分对评估指标进行了描述.同时针对反舰导弹作战过程的动态特征,建立一种基于动态直觉模糊有序加权平均算子(DIFOWA算子)的效能评估方法,将指标属性权重、次序权重与过程阶段权重相融合,计算得到了该武器系统作战效能的评估值.应用算例验证了引入直觉模糊集和DIFOWA算子的合理性.

Abstract:The intuitionistic fuzzy sets are used to describe evaluation indexes.At the same time,considering the dynamic characteristic of the battle process,the evaluation method of battle effectiveness is proposed based on the dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted averaging operater(DIFOWA operater).The evaluation method is proposed which combines the atribute weights,order weights with phase weights,and the battle effectiveness of anti-ship missile system is gotten.The rationality of the method is validate...
