树皮浸提物的紫外光谱分析

摘    要:木屑、树皮是各种刑事案件和交通事故案件现场常见的微量物证。树皮的化学成分可分为难溶物和浸提物二部分,其中浸提物的种类和含量比木材浸提物的种类复杂、含量多。本论文利用紫外光谱法、一阶导数光谱法对56种不同树种树皮的浸提物进行了分析。结果表明,不同树种树皮浸提物的紫外光谱图中,吸收峰的峰数、峰形有一定的差异;一阶导数光谱图中,正、负峰的峰数、峰位、峰形及振幅值的比值差异显著,可以为各种案件现场中树皮检材与比对树皮样品的鉴定提供依据。

Abstract:The wood chip and bark are the common trace evidence in most scenes of criminal cases and traffic accidents. This paper mainly researched on the extract of the common bark by the means of Ultraviolet spectroscopy analysis. The result indicated that in the Ultraviolet spectrogram of the extract from different trees, the number of absorption peaks and the peak shape have certain differences. Meanwhile, in the first derivative spectrogram, the number of positive peaks and negative peaks, the peak value, the peak shape and the amplitude ratio have remarkable differences, separately.
