测量太阳辐射能虚拟仪器的设计和实现

摘    要:在太阳能产品的效率试验中,需要测量太阳辐射能及转换能,太阳辐照量的测量涉及到太阳日射光转换、响应时间、累积记录等因素。应用基于Pc的虚拟仪器技术组建太阳辐照能量测试系统,并用LabVIEW图形化编程平台开发了测试系统软件,在计算机的程序控制下完成信号采集、模数转换、数据处理、结果记录等工作。测试分析表明:该系统的量值误差在1%水平、采集速度1kS/s和响应时间接近于日射光传感器,并有易于扩展和性价比优势,可作为太阳能产品能效质量评价的测试手段。

Abstract:It is necessary that measurement the solar radiant energy and the transformation energy in solar energy product's efficiency test. The measurement solar radiation energy involves the sun direct rays transducer, response time, accumulation the record and some other factors. Virtual instrument technology based on PC was applied into building up the measurement system of the solar radiation energy, and the software of test system was developed with LabVIEW graphical programming language. It completed the signal acquisition, analog - to - digital conversion, data processing, record the results and so on under the computer procedure control. Test analysis shows that:measure value error of the system in 1% level, the acquisition speed 1 kS/s and the response time close to the sun direct rays sensor. It has easy expansion and cost performance ratio advantages, may can imitate the quality evaluation test means as solar energy product.
