摘    要:介绍了硬件在环(HIL)仿真实验的概念、系统组成及关键技术。借助于Matlab/Simulink方便的图形化建模环境,研究了基于Matlab/xPC工具箱开发硬件在环仿真实验台的方法,设计了汽车自动变速器控制系统快速开发硬件在环仿真实验台。通过汽车变速器控制系统硬件在环实验验证,结果表明该实验平台工作可靠,可以有效地缩短控制系统的开发周期,提高控制系统的设计水平,节约试验费用,为控制系统的开发提供了便利的条件。

Abstract:The concept, system composing and key technology of Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation system were introduced. The method of HIL system was researched based on Matlab/xPC toolbox in the Matlab/Simulink environment, and an HIL simulation platform of auto mechanical transmission(ATM) electronic control system was developed. The control system of AMT was tested with HIL simulation platform. The facts indicated that it can effectively shorten the development period of the control system, improve the design level of the control system, save the test expenditure and provide convenient condition to develop the control system.
