生物显微镜广泛应用于现代科学技术的各个领域,是生命科学教学与科研必需的仪器,也是使用率最高的仪器。了解和熟练使用显微镜,是生命科学教学与研究者应具备的最基本的技能之一。为提高显微镜的完好率和使用率,根据作者多年来的实验教学与管理经验,以B204LEDR生物显微镜为例,对生物显微镜的规范使用、维护及保养等方面存在的问题以及注意事项进行了分析、总结、探讨,旨在为显微镜的使用者、管理者提供参考。

Normative Application and Maintenance of Biological Microscope

Biological microscope has been applicationed in every fields of modern science and technology widely. It is the necessary instrument for teaching and scientific research of life sciences with the highest rate of utilization. Understanding and using microscopes practised is one of the most basic skill that the teachers and researchers in life science should possess.In oder to increase the rate of both perfection and utilization of microscope and to offer the referrences for whose applying or managing microscope.Those problems existed and needed to advert in aspects of normative application and maintenance of biological microscope were analyzed,summarized and explored with the B204LEDR biological microscope as an example and my experimental teaching and managerial experiences for years.
