| 摘 要： | 界定武器装备体系及其作战效能的概念，从评估的主客观程度、得出评估结果的基本途径、评估过程、评估时机4个不同角度对作战效能评估方法进行分类，并对各类方法进行简要比较。在此基础上分析5种相对常用的评估方法（试验统计法、SEA法、ADC法、指数法、计算机仿真法），为效能评估方法的选用提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The concepts of weapon SoS and combat capability are defined.Assessment methods are classified according to four different points,which including assessment subjective degree and objective degree,approach for assessment,assessment procedure and assessment timing.Each type of methods is compared with others.Five frequently-used methods are analyzed.The methods include test statistics method,SEA method,ADC method,index method and computer simulation method.The Analysis provides evidence for choosing the assessment methods. |
