摘    要:建立了微波消解及ICP-OES准确、快速测定皮革水解蛋白中多种重金属元素的分析方法.应用具有温度、压力监控功能的高通量微波化学工作站,使样品在混合酸体系HNO3-H2O2中充分消解,采用ICP-OES测定其Cu,Co,Ni,Cd,Cr,Pb元素含量.试验结果表明,优化消解条件和ICP-OES分析条件后,方法检出限为0.040~0.341mg/kg,3种浓度水平的加标回收率在88.8%~99.4%之间,相对标准偏差小于6.5%.该方法操作简便、多种元素可同时测定、检出限低、线性范围宽、干扰小,并具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于皮革水解蛋白中重金属含量的日常检测.

Abstract:An effective method for the determination of heavy metals in leather protein hydrolyzate by ICP-OES with microwave digestion was developed in this paper.Samples of leather protein hydrolyzate were digested with high throughput microwave chemistry workstation in nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide mixed system and quantified by ICP-OES.The result showed that the limit of detection(3S/N) was 0.040-0.341 mg/kg,the average recoveries of heavy metals in leather protein hydrolyzate at three levels ranged form88.8%-...
