| Abstract: | After making a thorough study about the report at the sport at the 15th NC- CPC, and grasping it's basic theme and spirit,such "basics" as basic condition, basic theory, basic line, basic programme,basic economic and basic strategy are concluded,with the method of uniting theory with practice being taken. And on the basis of Deng Xiaoping theory,we al- so expound our view on these. |
