我国北方唐宋时期白瓷化妆土EDXRF成分分析

摘    要:能量色散X射线荧光探针结合了电子探针与X-荧光的优点,具有无损、微区、准确快速的分析特点。本文尝试将能量色散X射线荧光探针其应用于我国唐代巩窑与南宋宜阳窑白瓷化妆土的成分分析,结果表明,两个窑口白瓷的化妆土除具有高铝低硅、元素铁含量较低的共同特征外,窑口之间以及同一窑口不同时期的样品,也存在着明显的差异。

Abstract:Energy disperse X-ray Florence(EDXRF)not only could do the micro analyses,but also have the advantage of the XRF.Due to its so many advantages This paper analyzed the mask clay of white porcelains from Chinese Gong and Yiyang kiln.The analytical results indicate that the mask clays of both two kilns have the characteristics of high aluminum and low silica,however the mask clay of different sample have different characteristic,and in the meanwhile,most mask clay of Gong Kiln is similar to that of body in the chemical component.Therefore Energy disperse X-ray Florence have a remarkable advantage in the determent of mask clay.
