玻璃纤维和聚酯纤维混凝土力学性能的研究

摘    要:研究了玻璃纤维和聚酯纤维水泥混凝土的力学性能。结果表明,在90d龄期时,聚酯纤维和玻璃纤维水泥混凝土的抗压强度分别达到了57.9MPa和51.3MPa,比同龄期素混凝土试样的43.7MPa分别提高了32.5%和17.4%;而劈拉强度分别达到了5.65MPa和4.94MPa,比同龄期素混凝土试样的4.01MPa分别提高了40.9%和23.2%,聚酯纤维混凝土的劈拉强度、抗压强度都明显高于玻璃纤维混凝土,而且玻璃纤维和聚酯纤维对混凝土均有明显的约束其裂缝扩展的能力,表现为在28d龄期时,玻璃纤维混凝土的断裂能达到了107.4kJ,比基准混凝土的88.2kJ提高了21.8%,而聚酯纤维混凝土的断裂能则达到了138.6kJ,比基准混凝土提高了57.1%。

Abstract:The mechanical properties of polyester fiber and glass fiber concrete were studied. The results show that the compressive strength of polyester fiber and glass fiber concrete is as high as 57.gMPa and 51.3MPa respectively at 90d age, can be increased by 32.5% and 17.4% respectively compared with plain concrete at 90d age; and the splitting strength is as high as 5.65MPa and 4.94MPa respectively at 90d age, can be increased by 40.9% and 23.2% respectively compared with plain concrete. The splitting strength and compressive strength of polyester fiber concrete is obviously higher than that of glass fiber concrete. The function of polyester fiber and glass fiber to limit the development of cracks is obvious, the fracture energy of polyester fiber and glass fiber concrete is as high as 138.6KJ and 107.4KJ respectively at 28d age, can be increased by 57.1% and 21.8% respectively compared with plain concrete at 28d age.
