| Abstract: | The small roughness instrument TR100 is taken as an example introduce two simple,convenient and practical measurements of frequency characteristics for piezoelectricity roughness instrument and its sensors:one is based on standard sample,the othter is based on mini vibration platform,and the latter can also be used to measure transmission characteristics. |
