| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种E1级脲醛胶的指标及用它制成胶合板的甲醛释放量实测数据。数据表明,7~11层、7~25mm厚的胶合板,甲醛释放量达到E1级板的要求有一定难度。为此,对几种解决措施进行了试验和分析。

| Abstract: | Characteristics of a E1 grade resin adhesive and formaldelyde emission data resulted from testing plywood panelsin different thicknesses bonded with the adhesive are summarized in tablels.Panels of 7~11plies and 7~25mm in thicknessare skown difficult to reach the emission level required by E1 grade plywood.Some measures to solve this problem and testresults are briefly analyzed. |
