钻机负载敏感控制系统

摘    要:针对全液压钻机的回转系统,介绍了负载敏感控制系统的工作原理,建立了数学模型,进行了负载敏感控制系统的仿真与分析。通过分析得知,在钻机上采用负载敏感技术能够提高钻机负载自适应能力,降低能耗;但是在高压、大流量以及负载波动剧烈的情况下,钻机节能效果并不理想。

Abstract:Based on the rotatory system of hydraulic drill,the working principle of load sensing control system is introduced in this paper,and the mathematical models are created,and the effect to system performance of related parameters is obtained.Simulation and analysis are conducted on the load sensing control system,and it can be concluded that the technology of load sensing can improve load adaptive ability of the rig and reduce the energy consumption.But in the condition of high pressure,high flow rate and waving severely,energy-saving effect is poor.
