| 摘 要： | 就如何对海量的土地利用监测成果实施科学有效的管理进行探讨，尝试运用地理信息系统技术、数据库管理技术以及计算机网络技术，建立土地利用动态遥感监测数据库，以便为土地资源管理部门提供及时、准确的土地利用变化监测信息，以保障监测成果能有效地应用于日常管理和规划，为国土资源的管理提供基础信息服务和辅助决策工具。
