摘    要:本文根据机器零件强度和疲劳强度的模拟试验,用概率论及相关函数对试验数据进行处理,提出用99.7%的零件不破坏概率时的强度值和疲劳强度值作为其许用值。用这种方法确定的许用值,在设计机器零件时既能保证机器零件不破坏和安全可靠,也充分利用了材料强度,避免了设计者在选取安全系数存在随意性太大的缺点。

Abstract:This article puts forward a simulated test method to estimate the bending strengthand durability of teeth of a cogwheel in the gear driving, processing the test data with proba-bility theory as well as related function. It brings up the value of strength and durability with99.7% parts without destroying the probability as the permissible value of the bendingstrength and durability of teeth of a cogwheel.This method can be regarded as the definingstandard of the permissible value of other parts strengthened durability. The permissible val-ues defined in this way are not only safe and reliable for the machine parts when they are designed, but also can make full use of the material strength avoiding defect of random choos-ing safety coefficient by the designer.
