低铬合金耐磨球墨铸铁的研究

摘    要:研究了成分、热处理的淬火介质、淬火和回火工艺对低铬合金耐磨球墨铸铁的组织与性能的影响,结果表明,低铬合金耐磨球墨铸铁具有良好的显微组织和力学性能,尤其优良的耐磨性,其耐磨性是45#钢的3.5倍,而成本与45#钢相近。

Abstract:In this paper,the effects of the composition,quenching medium of heat treatment,quenching and temper on the microstructure and properties of the wear resistant low chromium alloying nodular graphite cast iron have been studied.The results show that the wear resistant low chromium alloying nodular graphite cast iron have good microstructure and mechanical properties,as well good wear resistance comparing with the 45 # steel,its wear resistance is 3 5 times that of the 45 # steel,and its cost approaches to that of 45 # steel only.
