| 摘 要： | 以国内外3种典型流域的调度管理体制为例,对流域调度管理体制要点进行了分析。美国田纳西河是流域统一管理体制的代表,澳大利亚墨累-达令河是区域合作管理体制的代表,黄河是流域管理与区域管理相结合管理体制的代表。这3种流域调度体制适应了本流域的具体情况,都取得了一定程度上的成功。以3种典型流域的调度管理体制分析为基础,结合长江流域自然条件、水资源开发利用状况以及调度管理现状,提出了长江流域开展生态调度的体制建设方向的建议。
