摘    要:分析了滚动轴承球磨机节能降耗的可能性。通过应用实例总结了节能范围的比率,阐明了解决主要部件的技术思路。绝大部分节能球磨机节电8%以上,综合节能可达10%~15%以上,球磨机配用的电动机功率可减少13%~20%,同时能提高球磨机运转率,并指出了目前存在的问题。

Talking about Probability of Saving energy and Dropping Consumption for Roll Bearing Ball Grinding Mill

Abstract:This article analyzes the probability of saving energy and dropping consumption for roll bearing ball grinding mill. By means of the application examples, sums up the rate of saving energy limit, clarifies the technique thinking to resolve the main components. Saving electricity is 8% above for most saving energy ball grinding mill,synthesis saving energy attains 10% ~ 15% above. The motor efficiency of ball grinding mill may decrease 13% ~ 20%, at the same time is able to lift operation rate of the ball grinding mill, moreover points out the problems at the moment.
