| 摘 要： | 冷轧带钢表面划伤问题是冷轧生产中经常遇到的技术性难题。介绍了攀钢冷连轧机生产过程中的带钢边部横向划伤现象,分析了横向划伤产生的原因,采取了相应的对策措施,成功解决了带钢边部横向划伤的难题。

| Abstract: | The surface scratch is a technique difficult problem in manufacturing process of cold strip steel. This paper introduces the phenomena of surface transverse scratch for cold strip steel, analyzes the reason of transverse scratch coming into existence, adopts the relevant countermeasures, resolves successfully the difficult problem of the surface transverse scratch for cold strip steel. |
