摘    要:介绍一种借助硬件电路和软件算法,实现检测和电控的单方向单相交流永磁同步电机。在空载/轻载状态的超速运行状态下,通过单片机控制电子开关,减少流入电机绕组的电流,逐步降低空载电机转速,使它在空载状态下最终牵入同步并且稳定运行。成功地解决电控式单方向交流永磁同步电机在空载/轻载运行时的振动大、噪声响和发热高等问题。

Abstract:A way to detect and control the single-phase one-direction-running AC PM synchronous motor by em- ploying the hardware circuit and software calculation was introduced. Over-speed of the PM synchronous motor under the no-load and light duty condition could be controlled and reduced, through decreasing the current entering into the motor winding by employing the single chip to control the electronic switch. The motor speed under the no-load was finally pulled in synchronous speed step by step. Problems of the motor, i.e. great vibration, large noise and high heat- ing temperature when operating under the no-load and light duty, were solved.
