超声波对涂料染色织物耐摩性能的影响

摘    要:将频率为49kHz超声波应用于涂料染色,并与常规染色进行比较。实验表明超声波可将涂料粉碎成细小的颗粒,使涂料颗粒表面能增大,更易向纤维转移,织物颜色更深,使粘合剂固化后形成的膜对涂料颗粒的包覆作用增强,导致织物的摩擦牢度提高,干摩擦牢度可提高半级。

Abstract:The 49 kHZ ultrasonic was used to pigment dyeing and compared with conventional dyeing process. The results showed that the surface of the pigment particle increased with the size diminution of pigment particle by ultrasonic. The pigment particle became more close to the fiber. The pigment particle was held more strongly by thin coating of binding agent, which resulted in the improvement for dry color fastness of dyeing fabric.
