轮毂式永磁无刷直流电动机设计浅析

摘    要:以外转子永磁无刷直流电机为研究对象,分析了绕组设计、槽极数合理选择和磁钢优化等。并应用Maxwell2D软件,对轮毂式永磁无刷直流电机进行设计分析,给出了气隙磁密、反电势波形及电磁转矩图。有限元分析的结果不仅验证了电机设计的合理性,还为电机的优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Taking the DC outer-rotor permanent mag- net brushless motor as researching subject, design of the windings, proper selection of the slot/pole number and opti- mization of the magnetic materials were analyzed. The DC outer-rotor permanent magnet brushless motor was designed by means of the software of Maxwell 2D, working out the air-gap magnetic flux density, EMF waveform and elec- tromagnetic torque diagram. The results of finite element analysis not only verified rationality of the design but also provided a background to optimize the design of motors.
